My Story
Will is a business coach (EOS Implementer), entrepreneur, keynote speaker, podcaster, former professional athlete, world traveler, nature enthusiast and fitness junkie. He currently resides in the city he grew up in, Sioux Falls, SD.
College
Will's love for coaching and entrepreneurship began at the University of South Dakota where he became the leading wide receiver in Coyote football history while graduating with honors in finance. He earned All-Conference and All-Academic honors 3 consecutive years. He was inducted into the USD Coyotes Hall of fame in 2023 for his outstanding athletic career as well as USD's 30 under 30 for his entrepreneurial endeavors.
Professional Football
After college, Will pursued a professional football career but due to his numerous knee injuries, he fell short of making the NFL. However, he persisted in fulfilling his life long dream of playing pro football, going on to earn contracts to play professionally in France, Germany, and Serbia. In his last season in Serbia, he earned MVP honors and led the Dukes to their first ever league championship.
Playing pro football overseas impacted Will in more ways than one. It provided the avenue for him to live in 5 countries outside the US and travel to more than 30 countries across the globe. But even more importantly, it brought him life long friends and experiences that have shaped who he is today.
Entrepreneurship
In 2015, after retiring from football, Will co-founded Podyum, a sports recruitment agency focused on placing American players and coaches with international teams.
Over the last 10 years, The Podyum team has placed nearly 1,000 athletes and coaches with teams across the world and executed more than 40 football camps, combines, and all-star games. The largest events, the Podyum All-Star Bowl and Podyum Preps All-American Bowl, are hosted annually in Miami, Florida.
Transition to Construction
The COVID pandemic brought Will back to South Dakota where he joined the leadership team of RCM Construction, a design-build commercial contractor owned by his mentor and business partner Paul Reynolds. He had no prior experience in the construction industry but quickly made a major impact on the organization. As Vice President, he helped the company double in size in two years.
Business Coach
Due to the massive impact EOS had on his businesses, Will felt called to help other organizations thrive in a similar fashion by becoming a Professional EOS Implementer.
Today, he works with companies across the US helping them to solve complex problems, improve operations and scale efficiently. Will loves being an EOS Coach where he's 100% focused on helping business leaders succeed by equipping them with the tools to do so.
Keynote Speaker
Will is passionate about sharing his life experiences to empower leaders and organizations to achieve their potential. His keynotes cover a wide variety of topics including becoming your best, maximizing team culture, developing leaders, and more.
Podcaster
In 2025, Will launched the WILLPOWER Podcast, a podcast focused on inspiring the transformation of potential into success. He interviews entrepreneurs, coaches, leaders, influencers, athletes and more, showcasing the stories of how they went from good to GREAT.
